Diane is a warranty maintenance manager at ATS. She works together with the road service team, dealers and original equipment manufacturers (OEM) to file and track warranty repairs and to secure warranty coverage when needed. She loves working with ATS drivers and helping them recover some of their hard-earned money through warranty coverage. Diane joined the ATS team in 2019 as a fleet maintenance advisor in the road service department. Previously, she worked at a car dealership for 32 years as a service director, where she performed scheduling, service writing, payroll and warranty administration.
